수술 후 생기는 하악과두 변위 임상경험 공유

서울대학교 치의학대학원 치의학교육연수원(원장:권호범 교수)이 지난 6일(일)에 서울대학교 치과병원 8층 제B세미나실에서 턱교정수술 연수회를 개최했다.

이날 강연에서는 턱교정수술센터 양훈주(서울대 치과병원) 교수는  ‘Contributing factors for postoperative relapse after mandibular setback movement’에 대해 강의했다.

이어 황순정(서울치대 구강악안면외과) 교수가 ‘Surgical maneuver to reduce postoperative relapse after mandibular setback movement’, ‘Postoperative management of the relapse after mandibular setback surgery Functional plate for the postoperative adjustment of proximal segment’를 주제로 양훈주(서울대 치과병원) 교수는 ‘Condylar displacement after SSRO’에 대해 강의했다.

권대근(경북치대 구강악안면외과) 교수는 ‘My method I: Surgical consideration and postoperative management to minimize condylar displacement after SSRO’에 대해 강의했다. 황순정(서울치대 구강악안면외과) 교수는 ‘My method II: Surgical consideration and postoperative management to minimize condylar displacement after SSRO’를 주제로 강의했다.

이번 연수회는 하악상행지시상분할술을 이용한 턱교정 수술에서 수술 후 발생하는 하악과두 변위와 하악 후방이동 수술 후 생기는 회귀현상에 대해 알아보고 최소 변위와 최소 회귀를 위한 수술적 기법과 수술 후 발생한 하악과두 변위와 회귀현상의 비수술적 처치방법에 대한 학술적 근거와 임상경험을 공유하는 자리였다.
