3. Denture에 attachment를 연결해 준 후의 임상과정(그림 27)
특히 간접법에 의해서 Attachment가 Denture에 연결된 후에 일반적인 Complete Denture의 Delivery 시에 하는 과정과 같이 (1) Tissue side fitting 의 조절해주고, (2) 교합조정을 해주어야 한다.

V. Mini-diameter implant overdentures(미니 임플란트 틀니)
1. Mini-diameter implant overdentures의 적응증
Complete denture 보다 더 좋은 유지와 기능을 원하는데 alveolar ridge의 폭이 너무 좁거나 전신적인 건강상태가 좋지 않 은 medically compromised patient 인 경우 Mini Diameter Implant overdenture가 좋은 선택일 수 있다(그림 28). 구강 내에서 attachment를 Denture에 연결하는 방법을 직접법이라 하며, 몇 가지 재료가 이용될 수 있다(그림 29).
 

2. Mini diameter(Slim line) implant installation
일반적으로 Mini diameter implant는 일체형으로 되어있다(Locator는 2 part로 되었다). 그래서 임플란트의 식립 위치 및식 립각도 및 implant 간의 평행관계가 중요하며, 식립 깊이가 매우 중요하다(그림 29).
