덴티움 아카데미, 아다나서 첫 라이브 서저리 세미나 개최

[덴탈뉴스=김선영 기자] 덴티움 아카데미 터키가 8월 16일 터키 아다나(Adana)에서 현지 파트너 두락덴탈(Durak Dental)과 함께 ‘Immediate Implant Surgery and Immediate Loading: Current Approaches and Digital Workflow’ 세미나를  개최했다. 이번 행사는 터키에서 열린 덴티움 최초의 라이브 서저리(Live Surgery) 세션으로 큰 관심을 모았다.

이번 세미나는 Immediate Implant Placement, Immediate Loading, Digital Workflow를 주제로 임상 술식 팁 공유와 임상 시연을 결합한 교육 프로그램으로, ▲이론 강연 ▲핸즈온 트레이닝 ▲라이브 서저리의 세 단계로 구성됐다.

Prof. Dr. Ufuk Tatlı는 즉시 식립 및 즉시 부하의 최신 술식을 다루었으며, Dr. Ali Mutlu Demiroğlu는 디지털 워크플로우를 통한 임상 적용을 소개했다. 또한 Dt. İlyas Kurt는 즉시 로딩 관련 임상 경험과 프로토콜을 공유했다.

특히, 라이브 서저리 세션에서는 덴티움의 대표 임플란트 ‘SuperLine 2’를 활용하여, Immediate Implantation, Immediate Loading이 현장에서 실연되었다. SuperLine 2는 임플란트 설계 디자인과 표면 처리 기술 덕분에 발치 직후 잔존 골에 안정적으로 식립 가능하고, 초기 고정력이 뛰어나 Immediate Loading에도 적합하다. 

이어서 디지털 솔루션은 ‘Shining 3D의 구강스캐너’를 이용해 디지털 인상 채득 과정을 시연하고, 이를 기반으로 보철 디자인을 진행하여 2시간 만에 임시 치아를 전달하는 Immediate Loading 케이스를 완성했다. 참가자들은 수술 및 보철 제작 전 과정을 실시간으로 확인하며 높은 현장감을 경험했다.

이 같은 실시간 교육 형식은 현장감과 학습 효과를 동시에 높였다는 평가를 받았다. 덴티움 관계자는 인터뷰에서 “아다나와 속한 츄쿠로바(Çukurova) 지역은 덴티움이 터키에 처음 진출한 상징적인 장소로, 이번 세미나는 특별한 의미를 지닌다”며 “터키 치과의사들에게 신뢰할 수 있는 제품과 학술적 지원을 지속 제공할 것”이라고 강조했다.

덴티움 아카데미는 이번 성과를 바탕으로 ▲라이브 서저리 포맷 확대 ▲지역별 세미나 강화 ▲터키치과의사협회(TDB Academy)와의 학술 협력 ▲KOL(Key Opinion Leader) 교류 확대 ▲SNS 콘텐츠 활용 등 후속 활동을 이어갈 계획이다.

이번 세미나는 최신 이론과 실제 임상 과정, 디지털 워크플로우를 결합해 참가자들에게 실질적 임상 역량 향상의 기회를 제공했으며, 덴티움의 글로벌 학술 활동에 새로운 이정표를 세웠다.

Featuring Immediate Implant Placement, Immediate Loading, and Digital Workflow Demonstrations

Dentium Academy Turkey successfully hosted the seminar “Immediate Implant Surgery and Immediate Loading: Current Approaches and Digital Workflow” on August 16 in Adana, in collaboration with local partner Durak Dental. This event marked Dentium’s first live surgery session in Turkey, attracting significant attention from the dental community.

The seminar combined clinical tips with hands-on practice and live surgery demonstrations, focusing on Immediate Implant Placement, Immediate Loading, and Digital Workflow. The program was structured in three stages: theory lectures, hands-on training, and live surgery sessions. Prof. Dr. Ufuk Tatlı presented the latest techniques in immediate implantation and loading, while Dr. Ali Mutlu Demiroğlu demonstrated clinical applications using digital workflows. Dt. İlyas Kurt also shared his clinical experiences and protocols for immediate loading, receiving enthusiastic engagement from participants.

During the live surgery session, Dentium’s flagship implant SuperLine 2 was used to demonstrate Immediate Implantation and Immediate Loading in real-time. Thanks to its implant design and surface treatment technology, SuperLine 2 allows for stable placement in the residual bone immediately after extraction and provides high primary stability, making it suitable for Immediate Loading. The digital workflow was showcased using Shining 3D’s intraoral scanner to capture digital impressions, which were then used to design a prosthesis. A temporary tooth was delivered within just two hours, allowing participants to observe the entire surgical and prosthetic workflow in real-time and experience a high level of immersion.

This real-time educational format was praised for enhancing both practical learning and clinical understanding. A Dentium representative noted, “Adana and the Çukurova region hold symbolic significance as Dentium’s first entry point into Turkey. This seminar is particularly meaningful, and we remain committed to providing Turkish dentists with reliable products and ongoing academic support.”

Building on this success, Dentium Academy plans to expand its live surgery format, strengthen regional seminars, collaborate with the Turkish Dental Association (TDB Academy), increase exchanges with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and leverage social media content for further engagement. The seminar offered participants a unique opportunity to enhance their practical clinical skills while setting a new benchmark for Dentium’s global academic activities.
